Licensed Master Social Worker

Stacey has over 12 years of experience as a social worker, with over a decade of this experience passionately supporting and advocating for students of all ages within schools. With a Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oakland University, Stacey brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice.

As a mother of three, Stacey understands the unique challenges families face, which informs her empathetic approach to therapy. In addition to her extensive social work background, she is also a certified therapy dog handler. Research shows incorporating the healing power of therapy dogs into sessions can create an even more comforting and supportive environment. This unique approach aids in helping to reduce anxiety and stress.

Stacey believes in the power of a strength-based, client-centered approach to therapy. She creates a safe and nurturing environment where children through adult clients, can explore their thoughts and feelings freely. By fostering trust and understanding, Stacey helps her clients develop tailored plans for progress and success, empowering them to apply their newly acquired skills in their everyday lives.

Stacey works with individuals ranging from elementary-aged children to adults, adapting her approach to meet their specific needs. Her goal is to inspire hope and resilience, guiding individuals as they navigate their unique paths toward fulfillment. Together, let’s build a bridge to your best self!
