If you wish to transfer your records to your primary Doctor or a new therapist, please download and complete the Medical Records release form. You will need to have your new physician mail or fax it to our office. Our Fax number is: 586-226-2833

How do I make an appointment?

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

A doctor's referral is not required for our services, but it might be if you require insurance coverage for your visit. Refer to the information below, or call us at (586) 226-2822 for assistance.

Do I select a therapist, or am I matched with one?

You have the choice. Feel free to browse our therapist directory to find a therapist you feel confident about, or call us at (586) 226-2822 and we will match you with a therapist based on their training and experience, and your availability. 

What if my insurance doesn’t cover the session?

While we are happy to call your insurance carrier for information about your benefits, co-pays, and deductible, it is the patient’s responsibility to verify their own coverage prior to service. For those without adequate coverage, we can discuss payment options and plans. What is the out-of-pocket cost for a session? Do you have a sliding scale or flexible pay options?

Our therapists participate with a variety of insurance companies. Our office staff is happy to inform you which clinicians participate in your insurance plan when you contact us.
