I believe that providing a safe, confidential, and judgment free environment is powerful in the therapist-client relationship. It is important for the individual to feel they are a priority, as they may not feel that in their own lives. My focus is to provide individual therapy to adolescents and adults, as well as, family therapy to those individuals who need help strengthening their support system. It is important for each client to identify and achieve their goals.

Each person will take their own journey and require their own individualized approach to therapy. The journey may not always be easy and comfortable but facing the struggles may improve your overall quality of life.
